Expensive bad experience.

It’s just a hole. Doesn’t command the price they ask for. A double room in the hostel run by them will be a better value.

The room is dimly lighted. No privacy because the huge window is facing the Main Street and every passer by can see the whole unit. The plumbing got a problem so the unit is covered with the sewage smell. That was the reason why the previous occupier try to air the room and cause the strong wind to break the door.

Great!

The tiny house was spotless, well located, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. Although the tiny house is located near a fairly busy road, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A perfect little getaway spot!

Excellent and friendly service. Very quaint little room at the Tiny House, comfortable bed and very close to the train station and 013 venue.

One of the bathroom lights and another in the main room weren't working but there was still enough light (just a bit dim which we prefer anyways), and there was no handle for the bathroom door - just an uncomfortable hole in the wood you had to stick your finger in to pull it open.

The tiny house was clean and felt new. The bed was comfortable but one person gets the wall. The bed is elevated. I loved the little balcony.

There is no WIFI! The keys had to be picked up at a different location. which was not convenient. The house was pitch black and it looks like you were in the ghetto in the back. was at first not happy but once inside I changed my opinion. you have to walk up a skinny circular stairwell. but very private.

Very nice accomodation!

The house was super modern and pretty. Very well equipped regarding cutlery and crockery. They even provided essentials like cooking oil, salt, coffee, and tea. The location is also very accessible and the city centre is easily reachable on foot.

Since the house is directly next to a very busy street and the train tracks, it was quite loud during the night. Earplugs recommended!

A first sight the location felt A little like no mans land in A big city. But at night it was quiet en relaxed. Also I liked being All by myself, no personel or other guests.

Cleanliness of bathroom and mirrors could be improved. Manuels for airco and micro-wave oven should be available. Furniture is uncomfortable. Free breakfast was offered from 10:00 am. This was too late for me since my working day had started by that time. A pity.

Tiny house was amazing!! We only had a short stay but we will 100% be returning. Such a beautiful quirky place. The way the space has been utilised is brilliant. Can't recommend enough.

Heel net, gezellig Tiny House! De collega's zaten in een druk hotel nabij kerstmarkt of andere festiviteiten, ik heb lekker geslapen.

De ramen hebben een fantatisch uitzicht, jammer genoeg is de locatie minder. uitzicht op een grote weg. Wel dicht bij het station.

Verder een fijne kamer, met zoals gezegd een gunstige ligging.

We arriveerden ruim voor de check in tijd, maar werden uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. En omdat we ook iets langer moesten wachten tot onze kamer klaar was, kregen we een drankje van het huis aangeboden.

Het Tiny Roots ligt gunstig ten opzichte van het centrum. Maar omdat er werkzaamheden rondom Tiny Roots gaande zijn, kan je niet langs de gewone weg bij het gebouw komen. Omdat de werkzaamheden al even gaande zijn, hadden ze bij het inchecken hiervan ook melding kunnen maken. Over de kamer zelf nog de volgende op/aanmerkingen: het lampje in de afzuigkap is kapot en daardoor heb je slecht zicht op het keukenblok. Ook staat er aantal leuke elektrische kaarsen, maar daarvan zijn de batterijen leeg. Bij de kamer zit koffie en thee inbegrepen, maar geen suiker en/of melk.

Knus, het tiny huis. Interessant ontwerp. Kan warm zijn in de zomer maar een goede ventilator vind men in de kamer. Dicht bij Spoorzone en het stadcentrum.

Viel een beetje tegen

De kamer zou zich op de begane grond bevinden, dit was niet het geval. Niet alle lichten deden het en de airco was stuk. De badkamer was erg klein en 'goedkoop'. De 'goedkope' uitstraling was door de hele kamer terug te vinden, vooral aan het plafond waar kabels niet weggewerkt waren. De kamer was netjes, schoon en gezellig. Combimagnetron en koelkast waren fijn om te hebben. Voor een langere periode was er wat weinig servies en bestek, maar voor de 2 dagen dat ik er was kon ik mij prima redden. Parkeren kan vlakbij, maar is wel in de woonwijk en betaald. Als de balkondeur gesloten is wordt er redelijk wat geluid gedempt, maar lang niet alles. Je blijft ook geluid van de 'buren' horen. De locatie is erg fijn. Voor de prijs vond ik de accommodatie toch wel tegenvallen.
