Fantastic location, room as advertised
Digital check in did not work for me because the threshold was too high for my mobility scooter and the lift of 1 square meter ( honestly) was too small. Manager didn't call back (ever) when notified before 19.00 . I assumed he was afraid I would request a refund and go somewhere else which I would indeed have preferred over bothering other guests. After the booking is made and paid, additional tax payment is requested of 8.75 and undersign of a long list with insane fines like of 400 euro and extreme prices, like 100 euro for checkout after 10am. In my opinion this is unfair and dangerous. I reported the issues to booking.com and they argued I stayed there so had no issues. So, other than a lot of coaxing there was no actual service or good intention, just greed. I would not book again

Overall a pleasant stay with excellent location and cleanliness, despite the inconvenient bed setup and lack of parking.
It was clean, smelled amazing, and offered plenty of space. The location is superb, right across from Tilburg train station. My room faced the station entrance, and I only had to cross the street to catch my train. The sound insulation was excellent, I didn’t hear a single train pass by.
The beds were two singles pushed together as a double, so I found myself waking up a few times during the night after shifting toward the gap. There’s also no parking nearby.

Both the heating and the AC are broken, and there’s no staff around. When we call, they just keep saying they’ve never had this problem before

As its no staff hotel, be careful if you dont get you entry code in advance make sure you call them
Location is good and room was clean and normal, bathroom was big and nice shower
We arrived at 17:00, and had to wait outside the building 25mins to get in as it was a self checkin hotel, their systems were down, so no code , no entry. The problem is , even check in starts at 15:00 we did not get any mail, message to tell us that it will be a problem, maybe we would have changed our plans. So with luggage , rain and cold outside, we called them 3 times , and each time they were polite but no solution. No body to help, just wait on the street!!!

Niet slecht maar prijs kwaliteit eerder ondermaats
Het in- en uitchecken zonder personeel verliep vlot, we hadden geluk dat er niks misliep tijdens ons verblijf want in andere reviews lazen we dat iemand bereiken bij vragen of problemen nogal te wensen overlaat. De kamer zelf was redelijk klein en kwam in weinig overeen met de foto's op booking, wel erg netjes maar toch onbestemde vlekken op het tapijt en haren in het bed die zeker niet van ons kwamen. Twee koffiecups voor twee personen voor een volledig weekend was nu ook wel wat krenterig. Zeep in de badkamer moesten we gaan zoeken op de gang, alsook extra wc-papier. Door het ontbreken van een balie of personeel deed het allemaal een beetje verlaten en spookachtig aan, alsof je in een escaperoom zit. Niettegenstaande de drukke stationsomgeving was het wel aangenaam stil in het hotel, en de bedden waren goed, de douche aangenaam. Qua ligging ideaal bij het stadscentrum, bars, resto's en winkels. De brunchzaak onder het hotel is ook best aan te raden, wel erg vreemd dat deze zondag niet geopend zijn. Prijs kwaliteit vond ik €150/nacht excl ontbijt nu wel niet weinig, ik zou er dan ook niet opnieuw gaan, voor een paar €10'tjes meer heb je een volwaardig hotel met ontbijt en animo inclusief.
