Never repet the experience, for sure.
The location very closed by the train and bus stations.
The host was very uncooperative regarding our requests. We asked to enter the room slightly earlier than 3 p.m. (especially considering that checkout was at 10 a.m.), and to switch one night to another reservation within their property without any penalty. Both requests were refused in a rather hostile manner. Additionally, the cleanliness was below expectations, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Big Shit, would not book again.
The location
Where should I start: - When calling the hotel to ask if we can store the luggage, i was connected with someone from the USA. Who did not speak Dutch and was quite rude and not listening. - Upon arrival we saw damages in the room. Missing Faucets, smashes door, the hangers for the toilet rolls were both broken, the wifi of the tv was not working so netflix could not be used, and the shower had no ability to be cold (so only very hot water). - After payment via booking there was an additional contract to be filled in, before arrival so extra admin work. And after payment we received another tourist tax bill of around 16 euro’s. So the advertised price on booking.com appears to be lower then the net amount which paints a wrong picture to guests. - Upon notifying the hotel. We received an apology and statement from the hotel saying they were sorry for the quality and that it is not up to standard, however they were already aware and fixing it. Which in my view is even worse. Because it means that the hotel is knowlingly renting out damaged rooms for full pricing. Bottom line: Staying with a dutch hotel without a dutch host/contact person, with little to no customer service, poor room with damages against a full price. There are definitely way better alternatives available within Tilburg at this price point.

WiFi did not work, AC unit issues, loud and hot and hard to sleep
Location-right next to train station and close to city center.
WiFi is in the title, we needed WiFi, the WiFi did not work the entire time we were there. No luggage check for early arrivals. AC would not start and apartment was stifling hot. Maintenance came to fix AC and it took several hours to cool the small space. Every few hours the AC unit would reset itself with about a minute long industrial sounding buzzer-not good for sleep. Construction started within the building at 6:30 am. Shower did not drain. Heating element in bathroom floor so hot we had to put down towels to not burn our feet.

Tren istasyonuna ve merkeze çok yakın olması büyük avantaj olmakla birlikte, tren istasyonunun ve trenlerin gürültüsü maalesef duyuluyor. Pencelereleri açtığınızda tüm ses içeri giriyor.
