Great stay and location!

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking appliances and everything functioned well. The property was very close to the train station too and it was a short walk away from grocery/ convenience stores like Kruidvat and Jumbo.

Some of the heaters in the living room weren't functioning well so it could get a little chilly at night. However, the heaters in the bedroom were great and functioned well.

Big spacious ground floor apartment, well equipped and close to train and bus station. Great location. Easy to get to De Efteling theme park. Excellent bathroom. Common washing machine and dryer available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, horrible service, the bedroom stinks.

The location in the center is perfect.

The bedroom is connected with the bathroom and it smelled like you were sleeping in the public toilet. It seems the smell comes through the ventilation outlet. The bed has very cheap and soft mattress, not comfortable for all. We paid for 3 people, the beds were ready for 2. The stove did not work, hotplates blow fuses immediately. I wrote it to the Bed&Koffie, they did not help us. The curtain in the bedroom was broken and couldn't be drawn so there was light in the morning. I also wrote to the accommodation manager, they ignored it all 4 days we stayed.

Decent place, but too expensive for what you get

High ceilings. Sound proof. Perfect location. Nice coffee place nearby. Kitchen with a lot of facilities. Bathroom is fancy.

I'm not a fan of using my phone as the door key. Dishwasher can only be used once (1 cleaning tablet). The oven smells very bad when used.

Locatie

We moesten zelf 2 bedden in elkaar zetten en opmaken, dat waren ze vergeten, daarnaast bleek bij aankomst de pincode voor de deur onjuist. De host heeft een poging gedaan om iemand van de schoonmakers langs te sturen voor de bedden maar kreeg dit niet voor elkaar waardoor we het zelf moesten doen.

Oké voor een kort verblijf

Er stond een zetelbed in de living dat niet opgemaakt was, terwijl ze wisten dat we met 3 personen kwamen. Er zaten veel zilvervisjes binnen en het deken was bebloed. Gelukkig hebben ze dat laatste snel vervangen.

Gemengde gevoelens door communicatie host.

Wij hebben ondanks alles een leuke tijd gehad in dit huis in het centrum van Tilburg! De locatie kon niet beter: midden in het hart van de stad, waardoor alles op loopafstand was. Restaurants, winkels en bezienswaardigheden waren allemaal binnen handbereik, wat ons verblijf extra comfortabel maakte.Ook de kamer zelf was mooi en sfeervol ingericht, met een comfortabel bed en fijne voorzieningen zoals een ruime keuken.

Helaas liep de communicatie met de host niet zoals gehoopt. In het begin waren ze erg behulpzaam, maar zodra we een paar klachten meldden, werd dit weggewuifd als ‘niet zo’n groot probleem’. En verliep de communicatie steeds stroever, Dat was jammer, want er waren toch echt een paar punten die beter hadden gekund. Eén van ons kreeg bijvoorbeeld geen lakenpakket, terwijl dit wel bij de prijs inbegrepen was. Daarnaast waren er losse verwarmingpanelen en hing er een spinnenweb bij de deur, wat de algehele indruk minder verzorgd maakte. Deze kleine gebreken hadden we misschien door de vingers kunnen zien als de reactie van de host anders was geweest. Helaas gaf de manier waarop onze klachten werden behandeld ons een nare nasmaak. We hadden hier graag opnieuw geboekt, maar door deze ervaring twijfelen we nu toch.

De bedden waren zeer slecht. Het 2 persoons bed was volledig door gezakt. Een grote kuil in het midden. De 2 klap bedden waren ook door gezakt. Je lag met je billen in de naad waar het bed inklapt. Ook in een van de hoeslakens zat een groot brandgat. Ook de inboedel van de keuken was zeer beperkt. Geen glazen, geen kommetjes te weinig bekers.
