Great spacey flat just within the city centre. Great both for short and long stays
The location is very central right within the city central There is a balcony perfect for occasionally having fresh air. The kitchen and facilities are very good.

Great location but amenities are lacking
Location, facilities in the room, lots of food-related appliances. Access to the recreational area outside. Set of cleaning supplies of cloths and a sponge was a nice addition. Nicely clean, no slippers needed, perfectly white socks after haha.
Wifi was working poorly. It was cold, AC was turned on only at the last day. Toilet room is tiny, it was very uncomfortable due to the unnecessary there mounted washbasin, minimising an already tiny space. No outlet in the bathroom. Outlets overall are missing. Not enough light available to turn on. We were expecting a different layout as on the pictures.

La ubicación estupenda, sobre todo si vas a asistir a un concierto en el Poppodium 013. El apartamento estaba muy calentito cuando llegamos en una tarde muy lluviosa. Lo agradecimos mucho.
La aplicación de la cerradura eléctrica falló, pero nos atendieron los anfitriones enseguida y lo solucionamos. La calle en la que está situado el apartamento es muy céntrica, pero eso implica que el ruido de la calle se oye mucho si duermes en el sofá cama en el salón. En el dormitorio, todo genial.

NIET BOEKEN !!!
Het heeft ons een uur geduurd voor wij naar binnen konden. Geen code ontvangen en toen ik eindelijk een telefoonnummer kreeg sprak ik iemand in het buitenland die heel slecht te verstaan was en mij nauwelijks hielp. Na een uur waren wij binnen maar toen bleek er al iemand in de accomodatie te verblijven. Wij waren daar voor 2 nachten voor de uitvaart van onze broer. Als dit er nog bij komt, dat was ons allemaal te veel. Zijn toen naar een ander hotel gegaan. Ik ben later terug gebeld door een Nederlands sprekende man die zou ook nog kijken of hij het meerdere wat wij nu kwijt waren kon vergoeden maar ik heb nu bijna 3 weken geleden niets meer van hem gehoord.
dat ik na een uur er achter kwam dat het appartement al verhuurd was en als je dan zegt dat je wilt annuleren dat er nog moeilijk wordt gedaan (ik had het nl ook al gezegd toen wij er niet in kwamen)

Leuk appartement midden in het centrum, wel je eigen spullen meenemen.
Locatie is echt perfect. Midden in het centrum en heel dichtbij het poppodium 013.
Appartement was erg warm, geen airco. We misten basisvoorzieningen in het appartement zoals: theedoek, handdoek en afwasmiddel (er is wel een mini vaatwasser, maar voor de kleine wasjes was afwasmiddel handig aangezien in het welkomstpakket wel een afwasborstel zit) in de keuken. Ook een zeeppompje om je handen te kunnen wassen was handig geweest. Daarnaast zat er geen vuilniszak in de vuilnisbak en zat de toiletrolhouder los, die viel dus elke keer op de grond. Ook krijg je voor je verblijf maar 1 rol toiletpapier.
