Awesome apartment with a large kitchen and living room ...

The appartement is really stylish, very well furnished. The TV access was great, the WIFI worked very well, I loved the concept of a shared living room and kitchen, it was quiet also, the terrace was great also to take a cup of tea. There was salt, pepper...

Too much light in the morning... would be better to have thick curtains to reduce luminosity.

An ok stay - but definitely a few issues to address

The host provided very clear instructions regarding the check-in process and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. The bed was very comfortable. Location was good being a short walk to the city centre. But it should be noted that Tilburg CS is about 30 mins walk.

We requested an early check in which was accepted. But a few days before we were informed this would not be possible. This caused us some logistical challenges. There is also a problem with the drainage in the shower. It would start flooding the bedroom after only being on for a short while. I believe installing doors for both the shower and the toilet would help this property. Another minor point, but the bin provided was tiny. It’s fine for bathroom items, but a larger bin should be provided in the living area.

It was super nice and beautiful and prepared so cute! We loved the stay!!

The only thing that was not so good was a very bad smell out of the drain. Maybe you have to Look After it.

Heerlijk genoten in een prima accomodatie

Prima locatie kwartiertje lopen van het centrum, winkelcentrum bijna om de hoek, rustige wijk. Mooi groot bed, nette inrichting. Ruime woonkamer, prima keuken en buitenruimte. (wel te delen met andere gasten in het huis)

Mooie grote kamer, dichtbij het centrum, fijn verblijf en goede host

Locatie dichtbij het centrum gezellige kamer met sfeervolle verlichting

Geen tv op de kamer. Met 2 kinderen is dat wel fijn. Er is een gezamenlijke ruimte: woonkamer en keuken maar we kijken liever als gezin samen tv op de eigen knusse kamer. Heel fijn dat je kunt koken in de gezamenlijke keuken:)

Leuk appartement op een goede locatie om Tilburg te verkennen

Mooie inrichting

Heel kleine douche, waardoor de rest van de badkamer na het douchen onder water stond, niet zo praktisch. Wel heel goede regendouche

Mooie plek maar ik miste wat privacy.

De locatie en aankleding/stijl. De host is erg vlot in communiceren en zelf check-in was gemakkelijk.

De kamer was niet te verduisteren, en lag net naast de gedeelde keuken en koer. We hebben geen last gehad van andere gasten, maar ik vond het toch gek dat ze ieder moment iemand in de koer/tuin kon en ons praktisch zou kunnen zien liggen op ons bed, aangezien de kamer geen echte gordijnen had om dit wat af te schermen.

Locul de cazare are un mare neajuns

Orașul este frumos si liniștit. Casa de cazare este frumoasa si curata, amplasata intr-o zona bună.

Vorbesc despre apartamentul 2, in care am fost cazat, celelalte fiind închise, acesta are un dus fără ușa, la marginea cametei, delimitat de un zid de 1 m lățime. Dar cel mai mare neajuns este ca WC-ul este situat practic in camera, fără ușa, despărțit de pat doar de un zid lat de 1 m, fără aerisire.

Zeer mooie, kwalitatieve afwerking! Praktisch ingericht.

Enkele kleine puntjes: Weinig (geen) kastruimte om kleren weg te hangen op 1ste en 2de verdiep. Op gelijkvloers was het miniem. Open toiletten. Een deur zou toch aangenaam zijn.

La decoración del lugar es super hermosa, se siente muy agradable estar ahí. Tiene una vibra de relajación. Me sorprendió mucho que al llegar había una caja de bienvenida con shampoo, jabón, café, té, chocolatines, etc., me pareció un detalle super lindo.
