Niet helmaal schoon en een missend laken. Host kon beperkt engels en kwam belofte niet na om een laken te brengen.

Departamento bonito y bien equipado, solo mejoraría el aseo de la ropa de cama.

El sector es tranquilo y, frente al departamento, hay un supermercado. A pesar de tener una sola habitación, el departamento es amplio, la habitación es de tamaño ideal y en el living hay un sillón cama grande para una tercera y/o cuarta persona. La cocina está bien equipada.

El baño no tenía jabón para lavarse las manos. Sentimos que la ropa de cama estaba sucia ya que encontramos pelos en el cobertor, las sábanas no se sentían limpias (quizás lo estaban pero se encontraban muy usadas), y había un calcetín (que no era nuestro) en el living.

- жахливо брудні: підлога, ліжко, диван. - надзвичайно високо вікна, незручно - плита, з нею потрібно добре розібратись бо якщо ви ніколи не користувалися то все буде в диму

Atención al cliente y resolución de problemas muy deficiente

Hubo un error en la preparación del apartamento, pagamos para 3 personas y el apartamento estaba listo para 2. El sofá cama no estaba preparado y no teníamos la ropa de cama suficiente (faltaba funda de almohada y sábana bajera). Tuvimos que poner de sábana bajera un edredón y una sábana encimera individual que encontramos. No soy una persona muy exigente, puedo entender que pueda haber fallos. Pero notificamos el problema 2 veces y no se resolvió en los 3 DÍAS que estuvimos. Todo hay que decirlo, L tuvo un buen trato al cliente y nos dió soluciones (aunque la solución pactada fue que se nos daría la ropa de cama al día siguiente y nunca llego). Aparte del trato al cliente deficiente, el apartamento solía ser frío. El apartamento está lejos del centro, lo bueno es que hay un supermercado enorme (Jumbo) enfrente

Locatie was prima. Appartement op zich ook wat betreft grootte, indeling en keuken

- Bij aankomst was het ongelofelijk koud in het appartement. Verwarming middels airco leek in eerste instantie niet goed te werken. Telefonisch contact hierover gehad: we zouden worden teruggebeld, dit is niet gedaan. - Lakens leken niet heel fris. Stoffig, alsof ze al weken op nieuwe gasten lagen te wachten. Ook wat pikzwarte haren op het beddengoed. Enige twijfel of ze wel schoon waren. - Gebruiksaanwijzing oven/magnetron op de website kwam niet overeen met de oven in het appartement. Overigens geen gebruiksaanwijzing van de airco / verwarming op de website. - Kleine dingen die ontbreken: volgens de site is er een föhn en badjas aanwezig, beide niet gevonden. - Een deurmat zou wel handig zijn. Het was regenachtig, zowel bij de entree van het gebouw als het appartement zelf, niets om je voeten te vegen. Geen leeslampje / nachtkastje, geen haakjes om iets aan op te hangen (onze eigen badjas). Kortom niet allemaal even praktisch.

Il faisait très froid en arrivant et avons dû attendre 12h00 avant d’avoir une température correcte . Il faudrait allumer le chauffage par ce froid qqs heures avant l.arrive des vacanciers
