Great, clean, warm, comfy place. Fully recommended!

Great heating, warm water, loved the shower, very easy access with a code and great communication with the hosts. There is a supermarket across the street. Very clean and the good information provided.

There was an issue with the washing machine during the last two days. It would be great to have access to a vacuum cleaner and a mope to keep the floor clean as we were there for two weeks.

Great apartment in an excellent location! A Jumbo supermarket is right across the street, and there are several restaurants nearby for take-away, which was very convenient. There is also a free parking area just around the corner. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the owner was excellent — very responsive and helpful, with great follow-up throughout our stay.

The only minor downside for us was that the check-out time felt a bit early.

I would like to visit Holland in the spring or summer.

Very clean apartment, with everything what's needed for comfy stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. Air is unbeleivable clean.

It is located little bit more from the train station, which was minus in our case. But this is individual.

The whole room is well decorated, very clean, facilities are all good. And the staff respond very timely

Good clean apartment within walking distance of everything in Tilburg.

Conveniently located in front of a supermarket and spotlessly clean.

Our door code did not work immediately which caused some panic. Also the back yard could definitely use a clear up.

A nightmare. Terrible experience. Unprofessional.

The room was nice but the overall experience has been a nightmare. I do not recommend to anybody. It is such an unfriendly and untrustworthy b&b. Terrible experience. The communication was already very difficult before the stay: we have been said that the payment was not recieved while it was. We have been asked to pay via a link even if the payment was already done. Then, during our stay, the access code to access the room did not work and we have been unable to access the room during the night with less than 0 degrees. No prompt assistance has been provided and no refund. We had to change our departure time because we could not access the room with our luggage inside for long time. I am not sure if they are scammers or just very improfessional but I would not reccomend it at all. It is a pity because the apartment itself seems nice but the overall customer support (before during and after) is a nightmare.

it was nice and comfortable for a short stay

the bank bed was very soft

not enough cleaning supplies. why have a washing machine and dishwasher if we can’t use them or have to buy our own pods

Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war für ein Air-BnB sehr gut. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist alles da. Nach den Stadt-Trubel war die ruhigere Lage sehr passend für uns. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gegenüber war sehr praktisch.

Die Räume waren etwas hellhörig, aber wir kamen dennoch zur Ruhe. Der Hinterhof wirkte etwas unfertig, da hätte eine schöne Terrasse sein können. Für unseren Geschmack waren die Betten zu weich und die Kissen zu hoch.

Het verkrijgen van de code om binnen te komen verliep moeizaam. Ik zou hierover teruggebeld worden, is niet gebeurd. Twee van de drie nachten een onverklaarbaar irritant gebrom in de slaapkamer.

Perfetta pulizia, ambiente accogliente e spazioso, presente in appartamento tutto il necessario. Comoda posizione per parcheggio e supermercato vicinissimo. Funzionale accesso in struttura e appartamento senza chiave solo con code. Adatto per chi viaggia in auto. Birreria tipica olandese sotto casa.......

Migliorare la presenza contenitori raccolta differenziata, magari posizionare raccolta carta plastica e vetro in comune.
