The apartment was not cleaned up when we arrived and that was already at 16:00 in the afternoon, some things were listed

That the lady managing the apartment (or maybe she is the owner) doesn’t understand what customer service means and behaved really bad with us.

Decent but can be better
Located in a quiet area, 20 min walk from the train station. Easy check-in, owners prompt in responding though I'm not sure if they speak English as all the messages I got were in local language.
Considering we couldn't check-in earlier than the standard time, we at least hoped for a spotless place. It was mostly tidy, but it could have used a more proper vacuum and make sure no toys were left behind. Also the bathroom doesn't have a sink, the only one is in the living room/kitchen
