A great stay in a very nice apartment. Recommended.
Door code provided did not work on arrival but a call to customer services resolved the issue immediately when I expected a delay. Apartment/location/surrounding area was as advertised and met expectations which is a big tick in the box. Good job team!

Overall positive, and I'd consider returning if I were to visit Tilburg again.
Nearby supermarket was a plus, as were the amenities provided. The internet was fast, and easily handled all 4 of us using it without showing any hiccups. The hosts were very communicative and responded to questions quickly, even outside their "active hours". Decent communication to the city center.
Slightly far from the city center - can be a problem in the evenings/nights. WiFi has only started working after nearly 3 days of back-and-forth messaging, but was fixed soon after the issue was diagnosed (with which my help was needed).

Great for any length of stay!
Good shower, tv with internet so we were able to watch YouTube and Netflix, extra pillows and quilt in the wardrobe. Comfortable beds and sofa. Only drawback is that we had to buy some soap to wash our dishes

O apartamento é grande, bem equipado, tem um supermercado bom bem em frente. Também tem duas linhas de ônibus muito perto. O chuveiro é excelente, toalhas também muito boas. Tem máquina lava e seca, o que ajuda para quem fica mais tempo.
Preste atenção que não tem elevador no prédio e o apto fica no primeiro andar, as escadas são bem chatinhas de subir com malas.

Die Lage ist gut. Die Wohnung ist groß und überwiegend gut ausgestattet.
Das Verhalten der Vermieter ist eine Frechheit. Es gibt diverse vorab nicht kommunizierte Konditionen und ich musste mehrfach über den booking.com Support Druck machen um versteckte Extrakosten zu umgehen. Dass ein Vermieter von fast 200 Wohnungen in reinen Ferienhäusern in seiner Kommunikation so tut, als würde es sich um eine Privatunterkunft handeln, ist hochgradig albern. Die Wohnung selbst ist okay, die Heizung ist allerdings mit wirklich kalten Wintertagen überfordert und die Einrichtung ist eher zweckmäßig.
