About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.

This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room. Next, on the left-hand side, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed, and one with two single beds.
It has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking lot within approximately 150 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 13:00 to 23:00h.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

We were very happy with this spacious apartment. It had all convenient facilities and it was very clean. Plus very central to where we needed to go. Plaza Major square was only a few minutes walk too. Great apartment and excellent location.

We had a disappointing stay here. The location appeared great on the map but in reality the actual street felt a little “shady.” From the moment we walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made the entire place feel unclean. And the walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hallway and neighboring unit. The smell and cleanliness were the biggest issues. While it seemed like the space had been superficially cleaned, the upholstery (especially the brown couch and red dining chairs) felt grimy and worn, as if years of dirt had built up. There was even a visible handprint on the wall outside the bathroom, which only added to the feeling of neglect.The odor worsened overnight when we had to keep the windows closed due to street noise — it seemed to come from the kitchen pipes or the bathroom, and it became almost unbearable by morning. I even worried at one point whether the air quality was safe. Although I considered moving elsewhere, it would have been too much of a hassle during our trip, so we endured it by leaving the back windows open the final night.Overall, I think this property might be fine for large groups of college students looking for a place to crash, but it’s definitely not suitable for families or anyone wanting a comfortable, clean stay. I was genuinely relieved to get home and finally feel clean again.
