Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good insulation.
Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests.
The kitchen, independent from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.
The dwelling has two bathrooms with shower trays.
The building has an access ramp to the entrance, elevator and concierge.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

The apartment and terrace are very nice and spacious. The apartment was clean, and the bathroom showers' water pressure and hot water were very good. The mattresses while firm were comfortable. We were met early from the airport so we could drop our luggage. Thank you! Communication was good. The apartment was furnished with adequate toilet paper, paper towels and bath and hand soap and shampoo as well as a few coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. It is near cafes for morning coffee and, if you like whiskey, it is next door to a whiskey bar. My only suggestions are to put hand soap by the kitchen sink and to provide additional bath/hand towels. The air conditioners in the primary bedroom and living room worked well but note that 2 of the bedrooms do not have air conditioning.

This is a very large apartment located close to public transportation, tons of restaurants, and markets. My family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. Somewhat under-supplied compared to other rentals we've used (small amount of TP and soaps, no cleaning products to pick up after spills we made, not a lot of dishes given the number of beds), but there's a market next door to remedy that. It also may not matter much if you don't plan to cook/eat at the apartment. Very quiet and comfortable.
