Location was good, multiple groceries and transportation options nearby. Well equipped. 2 bathrooms made a huge difference for our family of 4.
Common areas are a little dark, with little natural light and lamps that are not bright enough.

Good location. very quiet, warm, cozy. It was what we needed it. The flat has the everything was advertised and it was clean. Very central and walking distance to discover Madrid main landmarks. Well connected and place in a great place with tapas bar and restaurants. If you love flea markets, you are there, in the hub. Fantastic!
The entrance app was a bit of a work and frustating when you do the check-in. We had to try several time to open the main door and all the guest have to check in at the same time to be able to get in. Make sure you arrive before 9pm, otherwise there will be a charge for someone to come to open the door for you!

Nice appartment, well equipped kitchen, very good location.
Few things in the bathroom e.g. soap and thoothbrush holder would have been nice.
We were four in the appartment, however there were only two big towels in the bathrooms. Also there were some very unpleasant smell coming from one of the bathrooms’ drain.

Central location with transport and lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quiet building with elevator. Three bedroom, 2 bath apartment was good size and clean. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable.
Entry to the building and apartment requires downloading an app and using your mobile every time. Didn't work reliably every time and you would be in trouble in your phone ran out of battery. The street the building is on is not very nice. None of the shops ever seemed to be open and it was dark and not many people around late at night.
The living area in the apartment is quite dark and furniture not very comfortable. The main issue though is the bathrooms. The shower in the ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom floods so badly that you cannot use it. We had to shower in the other bathroom. In both bathrooms the faucets spray water everywhere so you cannot run the tap without getting water all over the counters and mirror (and your belongings if they are anywhere near the sink). We paid for two bathrooms but really only got one that was usable.
