The property was nicely designed and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and nice sized bedrooms, everything clean.

We arrived at 15:05 to check in and the room still wasn’t ready, the cleaner Veronica was there until 15:30. Correctly sized towels were not provided, only two hand towels were provided per person. The bathrooms did not contain any hand soap for basic hand washing. ABOVE ALL - the main security door can be easily broken in to as the small window next to it can be pushed open and consequently, it is very easy for anyone to open the main door and make your way up to the apartment.

Excellent location and a great space for our group of 4 ladies! Plenty of space to hang out and cook. Very comfortable beds!

It was a bit loud at night as other flats were filled with study abroad kids.

Location was good, multiple groceries and transportation options nearby. Well equipped. 2 bathrooms made a huge difference for our family of 4.

Common areas are a little dark, with little natural light and lamps that are not bright enough.

Central location with transport and lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quiet building with elevator. Three bedroom, 2 bath apartment was good size and clean. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Entry to the building and apartment requires downloading an app and using your mobile every time. Didn't work reliably every time and you would be in trouble in your phone ran out of battery. The street the building is on is not very nice. None of the shops ever seemed to be open and it was dark and not many people around late at night. The living area in the apartment is quite dark and furniture not very comfortable. The main issue though is the bathrooms. The shower in the ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom floods so badly that you cannot use it. We had to shower in the other bathroom. In both bathrooms the faucets spray water everywhere so you cannot run the tap without getting water all over the counters and mirror (and your belongings if they are anywhere near the sink). We paid for two bathrooms but really only got one that was usable.
