Bright and spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in Madrid's Austrias district invites you to stay the moment you enter.
Although it is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a peaceful and quiet atmosphere thanks to its excellent soundproofing.
Steeped in culture and history, the Austrias district is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has four bedrooms, three of them with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.
The property has two bathrooms with shower trays, one located at the entrance and another accessible from the sleeping area.
The building has a ramp at the entrance, a lift and a concierge.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating schedule (winter only, November-May) from 13:00 to 23:00.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
Important points to note:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment due to failure to carry out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal General Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.

The property was clean, looked the same as pictures and the manager was easy to work with. Shower water was cold and the app was a little tricky to check into at first but overall a great place to stay.

Accomodation well located, clean, impeccable bedding...but major shortcomings: it is planed for 10 people but: only 3 wine glasses, 8 cups,, no teaspoons, only 6 chairs, no bedside table and lamps in the bedrooms, wobbly microwawe owen, no separate WC, only one bathroom, the second is a small cabinet toilet... Better management, monitored equipment, regular check-up visit and this appartment would be almost perfect.
