Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good insulation.
Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests.
The kitchen, independent from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.
The dwelling has two bathrooms with shower trays, one located at the entrance and another accessible from the night area.
The building has an access ramp to the lobby, elevator, and concierge.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

No AC in the bedrooms. Only one AC in the living room

The property was clean, looked the same as pictures and the manager was easy to work with. Shower water was cold and the app was a little tricky to check into at first but overall a great place to stay.

Accomodation well located, clean, impeccable bedding...but major shortcomings: it is planed for 10 people but: only 3 wine glasses, 8 cups,, no teaspoons, only 6 chairs, no bedside table and lamps in the bedrooms, wobbly microwawe owen, no separate WC, only one bathroom, the second is a small cabinet toilet... Better management, monitored equipment, regular check-up visit and this appartment would be almost perfect.
