A wonderful location on the central street, with plenty of shops and cafés, and major attractions within walking distance.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and a large wardrobe, which was a great advantage for us.
There is always someone at the reception, but we didn’t need to contact them, as it was very convenient to collect the keys ourselves from a special box. All the details are sent on the day of check-in, which is a very good solution.👍🏼
It should be noted that the street is very lively and noisy, even at night. The soundproofing in the rooms may not be at a sufficiently high level. At times, you can hear voices and the cleaning staff in the morning, as well as doors closing loudly in the corridor and other rooms — our door would even shake from it.
However, if you overlook these aspects, the hotel is very good and I would recommend it.

Very well located near Plaza d'Espan̈a and its metro station. Our studio had great sunlight.
We were granted a free-of-charge early check-in.
No reception and no luggage storage available. So, you need to arrange (and pay for) a locker if you arrive earlier than the 3 pm check-in and you need to leave later than the 11 am check-out.
Cleaness could be improved.
Very basic furniture with no personality.
