In addition to the good location, the apartment was clean and adequately equipped for 2 persons. Although we never saw the managers, they were quickly responsive to our requests. The only concern for us was the bed was too firm for our liking. Others may prefer this? Overall, a very nice stay.

The location is incredible. Right by Plaza de Espana and the metro station. The apartment had a few issues. There were ants in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. It took two days for the hosts to come out to bring ant traps so we were unable to have any food in the apartment as ants appeared each time we did. They did offer to spray insecticide but we had children with us and did not want those chemicals sprayed in a small apartment.
We also had a problem with keys to the apartment. There was only one key so if one person wanted to leave, the other person would need to either be locked in the apartment without a way to get out or we had to leave the door unlocked. This was not safe.
The bathroom had a strange smell but the shower was nice. The toilet is so close to the wall that you have to sit at an angle.
It was a good price for the location and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was too small to be used in any way. No paper towels or tissues in the apartment but there was plenty of toiled paper. Hosts communicated well but didn't solve our two big issues of keys and ants in a reasonable amount of time or at all.
