Waou Plaza de España II - Alquiler Corta Duración

*Calm street (at least in February) *Silent, all windows face inner patio and are double glazed. *AC/heater *Great location: lots of public transportation alternatives, 15 minute walk to many of the sights in the city. A handful of restaurants on the same block, many more within a couple. At Plaza España, you can find an awesome playground. There's a small market one block away, a larger one half a block further. *Well equiped and confortable. Great windows. Nice showers. *Seems safe, the Police Station has it's back entrance in the same street. *No elevator. Just one flight of stairs though. *Kitchen is basic, lacks an oven. Enough for a quick simple meal or breakfast. *The building is old, a bit ugly. The apartment doesn't get any sun. It certainly doesn't seem like it needs all those keys and locks. *The towel heaters don't work, as the heating is done through the AC system and not the radiators. *Matresses could be better. They were quite new at the time, but as time passes by they'll need an upgrade.
