It's really near Gran Via, the main avenue of Madrid. Full of life, shops, restaurants, theatres and so close to the metro station.

Location is excellent to move around, and the Metro station is only few steps away, also a supermarket is close by. The apartment is clean and tidy. Check-in was quite easy and Leticia met us in Front of the Building, and she was very helpful and she explained to us everything in the apartment. She was also very helpful in attending to a minor issue with the electricity plugs in the bedrooms and she solved the issue the next day.
Nothing in particular. The entrance door for the building could be cleaned off to correctly reflect the nice nature of the building, but I guess this is a matter for the whole building to decide on.

Great location. Fast and simple check in.
At night with all windows closed, the noise from the street was unbearable. It was impossible to sleep without waking up with shouts and conversations from people in the street. Terrible soundproofing, even on a fifth floor.
