About this apartment rental
Beautiful penthouse in Building 11 of the Gran Vía just a few meters from the square of Spain plant. Completely renovated, all brand new, excellent quality and amenities. Stunning views.
The apartment has 120 square meters have been refurbished in the very Gran Via in Madrid, in a landmark building, just a few meters from the Plaza of Spain. The apartment is soundproofed and has a large terrace with stunning views of the city. So central that you can walk to all the attractions of the city.
The building has three lifts and a doorman weekdays.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double bed of 150 cm and the other with two single beds. All rooms come with wardrobe and TV, and one of them is a safe where they can store valuables.
There are also two bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo provided.
The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.
In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Gran Vía with its tables and chairs to dine on the terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed 140 cm for two additional guests.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 20 Mb.
The apartment comes with sheets and towels.

Great apt on Gran Via which is full of theaters and musicals. Close to Real Palace, convenient to Santo Domingo metro which hits major locations in Madrid. Need to be warmer to enjoy the terrace. Good 3BR 2 bath option for 5-6 people.

The property is centrally located. Close to shops, sights ,and dinning. Very easy to step out the front door and get a taxi. The host is very responsive and very helpful.
