Beautiful apartment on the 10th floor of the emblematic building of the Gran Vía a few meters from the Plaza de España. Completely renovated, all brand new, unbeatable qualities and all amenities. Stunning views of the Gran Vía and the Royal Palace.
The apartment has 120 square meters recently renovated in the very Gran Vía of Madrid, in an emblematic building, just a few meters from the Plaza de España. The apartment has a terrace that surrounds the entire building with stunning views of the Gran Vía and also the Royal Palace, La Almudena, etc. So central that you can walk to all the attractions of the city.
The building has three elevators and a physical doorman during the week.
The Apartment has three double bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the other with a 150cm bed. All rooms have built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and TV.
It also has two full bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.
Gel and shampoo is provided.
The house is complemented by a full kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. It also has a separate laundry room inside the apartment with washer and dryer.
All rooms have individual air conditioning and there is Wi-Fi with exclusive 100 Mb internet access.
The apartment is delivered with sheets and towels.

Loved the views from the terrace. You cannot tell from the listing but the terrace wraps around the corner of the building and it’s all yours! Beautiful sunset, views of Royal Castle and much more. Comfortable beds and living area. Perfect!
