Location and the courtyard
Downstairs shower drain is very slow. Air conditioner leaks a bit

位置很棒，距离王宫和大教堂还有德波神庙都在步行距离，10分钟内；离地铁也近；购物也方便（食材可以去Dia或家乐福），药妆店也近；附近有很多吃饭的餐厅可以选择，尤其推荐La Mi Venta，西班牙风味老餐厅，，谷歌地图很容易搜到，就在大花园对面，酒店步行十分钟内。我们连续两晚去了。房间里各种设备齐全，洗衣机很好用，洗衣干衣一体。胶囊咖啡机居然是德龙的。也挺好用。最后一点很重要-公寓门口就是警察局，一排警车，非常安全放心的地方。
热水器水量有限，一个人洗20分钟就用完了，下一位得过半小时才能用，这个很不方便。没有提供洗衣珠。餐具挺多不过没有小碗我们用杯子顶替了。酒店一直没有联系提醒完善入住客人信息以便提供入住密码，直到我落地马德里在机场才联系到（他们就等着客人主动去联系，这一点不太好；虽然联系上了一切就很顺利）-如果酒店更积极点也许更好。

Beautiful apartment in a good location
Lack of communication, we had to initiate every conversation multiple times over both booking and what’s app. Entrance door handle fell off, not enough warm water to shower.
