The location is amazing- everything is within walking distance. Plenty of supermarkets around but also shopping and nightlife of Madrid are within 5-10minutes walk. I also like that it's in a real building and not overly gentrified with AIRBNBs. Being a big group it was also amazing that every room had its own bathroom and air conditioning, even if some of the taps or showers appliances are a bit old and wacky. For us it was perfect.
I would have liked that they offered us the possibility to keep our luggage somewhere but the only option is to pay for a late check-out. That said- they were also a bit flexible with the late check-out time and that's very much appreciated. As mentioned, some of the house elements are a bit old and wacky but I think it's still great for big groups.

Great location! it is actually 2 apts with a common entrance—5 bedrooms total and enough for a large group. 4 sets of keys for a bit of independence.
Do not expect the elevator/lift to work—it is not broken, it just doesn’t not stop at Floor 1. We had 2 in our group who have difficulties with stairs. The hosts must know (and have been told) this is true, but they just pretend that it’s temporarily broken.
Also, even with the WIFI extender, it does not reach the room in the back.
