Very clean, comfortable and well located. Easy check in.

We stayed in apartment 2 on level 3, had a few issues with the door lock when entering. Maybe n Ed’s looking at!

Great location, close to Plaza España. Apartment is compact but comfortable. Good for a short stay.

Bathroom/shower is very small. Basic amenities.

Air con didn't seem to be working properly. Fan came on, but didn't seem to be cooling. Fortunately not a problem for my stay since outside temperature wasn't too hot. Intermittent WiFi .

Perfect location. Here is a layout of the rooms in the penthouse apartment, since there are currently no photos of the sofa bed area: the bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom, and the sofa bed is a part of the kitchen area. There are two very nice skylight windows that allow a nice breeze in, as well as an air conditioning unit.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable, and accessing the washroom through the master bedroom could be a bit awkward. We also had issues with the wifi. One evening it stopped functioning, which was a huge problem as I am a remote worker. I called the emergency number but the owner did not pick up the phone, instead they messaged me saying "sorry can't fix it until tomorrow", and though I messaged them back repeatedly, they stopped responding to my messages altogether. This is very bad customer service. Luckily the wifi was fixed the next morning.
