Clean comfortable and spacious

Sometimes neighbors could be very loud and noisy.!

The location was perfect. Very near Gran Via, metro stations, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The room was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t communicate via booking app but WhatsApp. I had great support, manage to pay extra for late check out.

The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough. It was a central ac system, 37c outside and the AC didn’t get cold enough but felt more like a fan.

The bed was amazing, so comfy. It was in a good location and was easy to check in.

The hairdryer kept cutting out and over heating so take your own.

Perfect location. Here is a layout of the rooms in the penthouse apartment, since there are currently no photos of the sofa bed area: the bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom, and the sofa bed is a part of the kitchen area. There are two very nice skylight windows that allow a nice breeze in, as well as an air conditioning unit.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable, and accessing the washroom through the master bedroom could be a bit awkward. We also had issues with the wifi. One evening it stopped functioning, which was a huge problem as I am a remote worker. I called the emergency number but the owner did not pick up the phone, instead they messaged me saying "sorry can't fix it until tomorrow", and though I messaged them back repeatedly, they stopped responding to my messages altogether. This is very bad customer service. Luckily the wifi was fixed the next morning.
