I worked from the room with my laptop, and had a day busy with meetings therefore, I requested a quiet appartment. Which they grant me. It was located in the interior of the building. I slept greatly, and worked efficiently.
The personnel was fast responding to my texts.
The appartment is basic, yet comfy and fair.
It’s just 2 streets away from Gran Vía, which it’s great. Nonetheless, I travelled alone and the appartment is in a street a little odd, pretty busy but I could not help to feel a little unsafe by times.
The check out is at 11 am which may be inconvenient if your flight is later in the day. There’s nowhere to leave your luggage; they suggest going to a “safe locker service” a few blocks away but it’s on you to pay it and despite the appartment’s officer provides with a discount, it’s still rather expensive if just for a few hours.

The location was perfect for our visit to Madrid. The room was a good size, with a great selection of kitchen utensils and amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. Excellent WiFi. Efficient heating. Secure apartment. Extremely quick response to a question and solved within minutes.
Hot water pressure in the shower could have been a little more powerful.

The location is ideal, conveniently situated close to all essential amenities.
Firstly I am dissatisfied with the staff’s responsiveness, as they were slow to reply to messages. Prior to my arrival, I requested an early check-in and informed them in advance; they confirmed that this would be acceptable. However, upon arrival, no staff member was available to assist me. I encountered only a cleaner, who did not speak English, and I asked him to contact the staff on my behalf. It took approximately half an hour, despite repeated phone calls and messages sent via Booking, before I was finally able to reach them.
Secondly, the room is outdated, with visible damage to the ceiling. The heating system was not functioning properly, leaving the room slightly cold. In addition, sound insulation was inadequate, as noise from outside the room and from the neighboring room was clearly audible.
