The apartment is centrally located and it was very clean! We loved it! We stayed here last Christmas (I and my 2 adult kids), our first time together in Spain for the season, and this place is memorable for us. Nicolas was also very responsive, which made everything easier, thank you! We definitely would love to stay here again when we are back in Madrid!
The pillows could have have been bigger and fluffier. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Apartment very close to the metro, supermarket nearby, both rooms had aircon which was nice. Lift in building so no need to climb the stairs. Bed was comfy and extra blankets and pillows were available. Washing machine was a plus too (but no detergent). Couch was comfy too.
Hot water came out of shower head as a dribble, and then cold water would come out as a burst, couldn't have a proper shower as temperature was really tricky to get right. And even when it was right, it was only a dribble. Apartment was on first floor, proximity to the street meant we heard people at night, garbage trucks and sirens. Not recommended if you're a light sleeper.
