Excellent ubicació i cuina prou equipada.

Very central location and communication is very fast. Quite clean but having less windows access and bedroom is quite small and having no windows. Also bedroom is having no fan or airconditioner so during very warm could be a problem. Living room is quite good with air conditioner. All basic facilities in kitchen and washroom. Not very noise proof as stairs could be lousy due to wooden and noise can go outside or inside easily!

Check in keys to collect about 600m away from location. Warm water was not working for about two days fully. Must be checked by host prior guests arrive. Water pipe of heater started tripping suddenly and we had to be quick to stop water and luckily succeeded, otherwise a big chaos.
