Arenal Suites Gran Vía

Communication was excellent with the team before arriving so we knew how to get there and how to enter the building without any issues. Originally we had booked a one bedroom and sofa bed arrangement for two people so we were pleasantly surprised when we had been upgraded to a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment upon arrival. We arrived a bit early and were able to store our bags while our apartment was being prepared which was very swift. We also had a late flight after our check-out and they organised a space for us to keep our luggage while we looked around town before we had to leave for our flight which was very handy for us. Apartment cleanliness was top standard, washer dryer was very convenient, two bathrooms were excellent and beds were comfortable. Location is right in the city centre so everything is within walking distance, and there is easy access to the metro. The team at Arenal were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have liked olive oil, black pepper and laundry detergent.

Central location, had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent (not even 1 pod). There was a Nespresso machine but no Nespresso pods! We were only there 2 days so didn’t want to buy laundry detergent or coffee pods! Hotel should at least have a basic starter pack.
