• Excellent location – Just a short walk to Gran Vía, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. • Carrefour supermarket (24/7) is only 150 meters away – Super convenient for meal prep, especially helpful for families with children. • Great communication – Staff responded quickly to all messages, making coordination easy. We forgot a cable at the apartment and they were kind enough to keep it for us and provided clear instructions on how to collect it. • No reception desk, but Raúl met us at the building gate and kindly helped with our luggage – very smooth check-in experience. • (Almost) clean and well-maintained apartment – Everything was tidy and ready for use. • Well-equipped for travelers – Plenty of EU/Intel plug adaptors were available, which was super convenient. • Fully functional kitchen – The dishwasher worked perfectly, making meals and cleanup easy. • Strong air conditioning – Kept the entire apartment cool and comfortable, even during hot days. • Comfortable sleeping arrangements – Enough beds for 6 people, and all were very comfortable. • Secure entry – The door lock felt reliable and added peace of mind during our stay.

- Although the bedsheets were clean, the blankets appeared used and unwashed – they were stored in plastic bags in the wardrobe and clearly not freshly laundered or sterilised. - The washing machine was not working from day one, which caused disruption – we had to spend additional time and money at a laundromat across the street to wash and dry family clothes. - 3rd floor apartment with no elevator (but already stated in the description)
