The room, the cleanliness, the location, the great communique with staff.
The dryer was difficult to learn how to use. It would have been great to have instructions in English as we aren’t accustomed to that type of washer dryer.

Great apartment, very well furnished, comfortable beds. Great location, at walking distance from Madrid’s sightseeing locations. The staff was helpful and reachable anytime.
