The property was clean and spacious. The apartment had all the utensils that you would need for your stay.
The apartment manager wasn’t on time and doesn’t communicate very well. It is on the most noisiest street in Madrid. Don’t even try to leave the windows open. No dryer in the apartment to use after you wash clothes in the washer that takes forever and sounds like it going to explode. The neighbors don’t approve of the apartment being rented out. We were told that it was never approved by the government.

Apartamento renovado e localização excelente. Mesmo sendo “piso bajo” não era barulhento.

Outstanding location, for adults and kids. Very nice flat, only real downside was it has 2 large hot water tanks but if you use all of those, you have to wait half an hour for hot water. Oh, and one of the taps in an en suite bathroom is a bit tricky to work. Great stay, very helpful staff.
