We could easily walk to all the sites within 20 minutes. Restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes walk. Gran Via was only a few blocks away. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Easily slept five of us with the sofa bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Departamento muy cómodo, decorado con muy buen gusto, luminoso y espacioso. Cocina completa, varios electrodomésticos disponibles, cafetera, pava, plancha, aspiradora, etc
Lo que menos me gusto es que el agua caliente era muy limitada, nosotros somos 5 y por más rápido que nos bañáramos el último se quedaba sin agua caliente, asi que se tenia que bañar varias horas después porque no se calienta rápido. A la cama de la habitación principal se le mueven las tablitas del elástico sobre en el va el colchón haciendo que por momentos sea incómoda.

La ubicacion, el equipamiento con el que contaba el departamento (no faltaba nada)
El acceso al departamento, sucio con falta de mantenimiento y la escalera si bien es extremadamente angosta, los escalones rotos y sueltos (peligro de tropiezos y caidas)
