Clean modern and great location. Near Bilbao metro and plenty of decent restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. Apartment is on the fourth floor and there is a lift. Easy to dispose of litter at ground level

It seems someone was smoking near the air conditioning intake and it resulted in a strong odour in the apartment on our first day, we had to go without AC to avoid the smell. Not the owners fault and he did do an Ozone clean to dispel this when we had left for the morning. There are dials for this Ozone system on the wall and you just need to be careful not to mistake it as a dimmer switch for the lights as this can be unpleasant if left running when you are present.
