Be Mate Gran Vía Suites

It was well located, near Plaza del Sol, La gran Via and walking distance of cool neighborhoods. There’s good transportation nearby. The place is cozy, well decorated and had everything you need to make a easy meal. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower has great water pressure. There is a laundry room, iron and ironing board and a clothing rack. That was a great addition to our stay.

The suit is located on the 3 floor, which means 4 floor for Americans, and it doesn’t have elevator. If you have big suitcases it can be exhausting going upstairs. The shower pan leaks a lot!

Location is perfect! Close to metro Gran Via and Sol. You can walk to everywhere and eat !

The apartments are in the 3rd floor of the building without any lifts or elevators.

It was central.

Apartment was super small for 3 people. We had nowhere to move. There were no washing machines, we did not expect to use the same towels to dry with for 5 whole days. To bring us new clean towels there was a fee. We arrived at Madrid early morning, waited till 3pm for check in, when I sent to the host she told me it's not ready yet. At this point we were tired, walked to the apartment anyway and waited 30 mins for the cleaner to finish cleaning. If check in was supposed to be done at 3 how come we had to wait?
