Apartments Center Madrid

The location was fantastic right in the centre of Madrid. The apartment was a great size, clean & well equipped. Good Wi-Fi. Close to restaurants, bars & shops. Most attraction within walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment was functional and overall ok but could be doing with an upgrade. The decor and some of the furniture in the Living room is a bit tired. But was fine for a short stay in the City. It wouldn't put me off using again.

Perfect location right in the heart of Sol but very quiet. Walkable to everything but also had the metro stop close by. Easy access to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Apartment was very comfortable with a bonus extra powder room/toilet which is always handy! Kitchen well stocked with all the utensils, dish liquid and sponge (but no condiments, oil etc)

Would’ve liked a couple of starter items in the kitchen like oil, salt/pepper but not too much of an issue

Great location, great beds, large flats, and very clean.i would stay here again (on top floors).lovely staff.

We first got a flat on the grund floor, next to the office, that one was bad! Lots of noice, from street and office?. And not very well planned. The hot Water runs out.-so if you are more then 2 guests taking a shower in the morning, the water gets cold fast. The flats higher up is much better. There is no reception/entrance,but its staff working in the parking-garage helping you 24 hour.

The location, facilities(apart from cutlery) and bathroom facilities are good. Just two minutes away to shopping, city centres and 7 mins to SOL station.

Well, the property didn't have a reception. Instead, they had a security gate(room) for the apartment and we had to collect from it. There wasn't any information about the late check-in fees which is about 40 Euros and this is ridiculous. We already paid decent amount of money and late check-in, seriously??? We prefer comfort and accessibility but what if we couldn't have cash for this? We also have to pay another 100 Euros for deposit as we don't have to pay in hotels and motels but it's being advertised so this still is fine but late check-in?? If you want to run a proper air BnB, act like one!!! The property is good but there wasn't any cutlery there. We ordered Uber-Eat and when we were about to eat it, there wasn't anything to eat with so we called the number they provided and that was to the security and they had any idea about that. We got to eat with hands!!! The wifi is also extremely slow- I don't know that's just Madrid or what. Overall, I don't like the service I got to pay for late check-ins but that is nothing to do with security guards at all. They tried to help us when we needed and we thanked you for that. But they should be cleared about deposit policies and late check-in fees which is non-sense.
