Welcomer Apartments Gran Vía

We had an excellent 6-night stay at Welcomer Apartments Gran Vía while visiting Madrid as a group of 5, including for the Madrid Grand Prix weekend. We arrived around 1pm, before the 3pm check-in time, and had contacted the owner in advance about dropping off our luggage. Communication through Booking.com was very good. When we arrived, I messaged the owner and, after around 5 minutes, a receptionist on the ground floor helped us gain access to the building. The apartment was spacious enough for our group, although the sofa bed did take up quite a lot of the living room when extended. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent, clean and spacious, with good shower pressure. The location was one of the biggest positives. The building was easy to find and very centrally located, just a short walk from Gran Vía and the nearby train station. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient base for exploring Madrid. Access to both the building and apartment was straightforward using the key codes provided. The Wi-Fi was also good and had reliable speed throughout our stay. Overall, an excellent stay and a great option for a group of 5 visiting Madrid. The central location, comfortable accommodation, good communication and easy access made it a very convenient base for our 6 nights in the city.

One thing to note regarding luggage: although we were able to leave our luggage in the reception area when we arrived early, we were advised that luggage could not be left there after checkout. Fortunately, there was a luggage storage facility on the next parallel street, which provided a convenient alternative while we explored Madrid during the day.

La ubicación, la limpieza

El sistema de seguridad para abrir la puerta en ocaciones se complicaba para abrir

El Sitio es muy bueno, limpio y agradable, tenia todo lo necesario para pasar los días confortable, me gusto que nos dieran cafe para la maquina y me hubiera gustad mas que no ofrecieran mas, la vajilla y los utensilios de cocina muy bien.

un poco la ubicación, me refiera a la calle es muy sucia, por parte del apartamento no cuenta de resguardo de equipaje, tuve que caminar para poder guardar el equipaje, unas horas para poder tomar mi vuelo, creo ello pueden dar el servicio, eso seria un plus.
