В этой квартире прекрасно все. Отличный ремонт. Квартира очень чистая. Белоснежное белье, удобные кровати. Шикарная планировка, квартира просторная, светлая, есть все необходимое. Превосходное расположение, практически на площади Sol. Замечательный хозяин, очень доброжелательный приветливый. Удачи Вам и процветания! Спасибо!!!

El apartamento de Luis es comodisimo y muy amplio. Tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños súper espaciosos, las camas y almohadas muy buenas, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario y tiene lavarropa . El living es muy cómodo, y todo está muy bien decorado. Se encuentra ubicado en un lugar estratégico, cerca de todo y con la estación de metro del Sol a 100 metros . Sin dudas, es el lugar para elegir visitar y disfrutar de Madrid . Luis fue muy amable y flexible en nuestra llegada y salida.

Localização perfeita!! Apartamento confortável e bem estruturado. Tudo funciona bem e o anfitrião é muito atencioso. Tivemos problemas com a mala , que a companhia aérea entregou , estávamos em Barcelona e o anfitrião nos ajudou nesse recebimento da mala.

É preciso só esclarecer que não tem elevador o prédio, o apartamento fica no 2º andar , não é tão alto, são 4 lances de escada.

Location was perfect. We could walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, shopping streets, and many restaurants. The apartment looks good inside. They let us leave our luggage at 12:30 (when a cleaning lady comes) which is much earlier than check-in time. Towels were provided.

Air-conditioning was broken but we were led to believe that it was halfway working by the property manager or owner. After telling that it is broken and that we booked the place because it had an air conditioning, we were not offered any refund. No instruction for how to use laundry machine, TV, etc. And nobody came to show us although we did not really have a proper check-in. Hardware not well maintained. washing machine had developed molds and I tried my hardest so that our clothes don’t touch. Iron had some stain and it left stain on our clothes. Ironing board does not stand still because the bottom is broken. Shampoos/soap not really provided. One of the shower rooms drain stunk.
