Posizione centralissima, circondata da molti posti per mangiare ed è presente un minimarket a pochi passi. Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, accessoriato e pulito. Il proprietario non si incontra perché l'accesso è automatizzato.
La scala di legno condominiale è deformata e rumorosa. Il letto matrimoniale è molto duro e scomodo. Prezzo dell'appartamento elevato. Il propritario non da flessibilità oraria nemmeno per tenere le valigie qualche ora.

La ubicación. El mobiliario y el baño completos y en muy buenas condiciones.
Las fotografías no responden a la realidad. Hasta el día de entrada no supimos que el apartamento era un cuarto piso sin ascensor, buhardilla y con solo dos ventanas en el techo. Poca luz natural y artificial.
