Very comfortable, central location close to Plaza Mayor on lively Plaza Santa Cruz. Studio was well set up, quiet once the balcony doors were closed it was easy to sleep, good aircon, good attention to detail with cooking oil, salt, pepper and paper towel. Lots of towels which was nice. Historic Madrid building with old world charm.
Small dislikes but ..... studio had a beautiful new oven but no baking dishes or trays to use in it. Sink needed a drainage tray for dishes and a couple more tea towels. We had a problem with coffee machine but host tried to fix it as well as extraction fan. Maybe more flexibility with checkout if the studio is free the day on checkout would be nice.

The location was great, beds are comfortable, apartment is clean.
Was on the 4th floor without elevator and there was an unknown bad scent coming from somewhere, which was very disturbing. The ventillator in the bathroom is very noisy.
