Konumu ve manzara muhteşem ötesiydi. Her yer ayağınızın altında ve meydana manzarasına bakıyorsunuz.
Tesis sahibi inanılmaz ilgisiz. Mesajlara bile cevap vermiyor, eve gelip ilgilenmedi bile. Asansör olmadığı için 3. Kata çıkana kadar nefes nefese kalıyorsunuz. Kalorifer ve klima çalışmıyordu. İyi ki hava çok soğuk değildi.
