L'accueil. Personne pour nous remettre les clés et les instructions pour rentrer dans l'appartement nous ont été transmises par WhatsApp pendant que nous étions au téléphone avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir. Ce qui fait que nous n'avions reçu que la première phrase du message. Après une demi heure d' attente dans le hall de l'immeuble et un 2eme appel téléphonique nous avons eu le message complet et pu rentrer dans l'appartement qui était ouvert. Peux mieux faire !!!

Mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację - jest w centrum, ale nie ma tu hałasu. Okna wychodzą na wewnętrzne podwórko (okna na ściany bez okien), ale ma to swoje plusy, bo podczas upałów (40 stopni w cieniu) dało się żyć ;) Oczywiście, pomagała też klimatyzacja (jest tylko w salonie), ale usytuowanie okien też miało na to wpływ. Właściciele bez problemu dostosowali się do naszego późnego przyjazdu na miejsce :)

Kuchnia jest wyposażona w różne sprzęty, ale nie ma kawy i herbaty, więc jeżeli lubisz napić się czegoś ciepłego do śniadania to weź je ze sobą.

Apartment was very clean. Nice kitchen with microwave and hob, and had all the dishes, cutlery, etc you need. Very large fridge and freezer. Provided tea bags and instant coffee, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, shower gel. Good air conditioning in the main living area. Bathroom was small but very clean and had everything you need. Location was great, 30 seconds walk from Lidl, CarreFour (24 hour supermarket) and the metro. Lots of cafes amd restaurants nearby

Only thing missing is that there could've been some hooks on the bathroom wall/door to hang clothes/towel on when getting a shower

Lo mejor es la ubicación, con boca de metro de Tirso de Molina al lado, y un supermercado 24h. Y está muy cerca a pie de todo el centro de la ciudad.

El baño es mínimo y la mampara de la ducha está estropeada. Han puesto una mala cortina de plástico, que no es nada cómoda ni higiénica. Creo que no deberían ofrecer el apartamento hasta que no cambien la mampara. Y con el precio de una noche pueden hacerlo. No hay toalleros para tender las toallas y si son cinco los pasajeros, como en mi caso, la situación es complicada. Las toallas no tenían buen olor. Y necesita limpieza y cuidado de las paredes.
