Me gustó la parte de la terraza exterior

Unbeatable location, very close to Gran Vía while still being in a quiet street far from any noise.
Very clean and the terrace is wonderful place to relax while overlooking top floors of Gran Vía.
There was construction going on in the building which made difficult to use the lift and was also dirty on the outside.
On the inside, probably we didn’t pay attention but the second bedroom has a bunk bead that was unexpected.

Apartment B was excellent. It was clean and comfortable and the terrace was large. The location was perfect - a short walk to metro (subway) stops on two different lines and surrounded by an incredible choice of restaurants. Communication was outstanding via WhatsApp.
This apartment is on the sixth floor and the elevator is really small — not great if you’re claustrophobic.

The terrace space is amazing
The space is badly taken care of. The plants are dead, the furniture on the terrace are all broken.
The space is not prepared for the number of guests with only a few cutlery and 4 wine glasses only. EXACTLY 7 towels and only a single bed sheet for the sofa to make absolutely sure only 7 guests can sleep there...
