Clean and close to the GrandVia
We arrived late because of the flight delay, we face a problem to enter the flats for the reason that we did not receive the entry instructions, I recommend to send the entry instructions through many communication channels not only email for example what’s up.
In fact we solve that problem by calling booking.com help desk.

Good central location with easy access and very clean. Separate heat unit for bedroom and living room. Responsive staff, easy checkin checkout process. Comfortable bed and sofa bed.
A darker apartment and less modern than the pictures. No elevators but luckily we were on the first floor. And there was a sewage smell that would come and go in the bathroom so had to leave the fan on most of the time.

It’s very convenient, a few steps away there’s cafe and groceries, walking distance to Gran Via.
Toilets r too small
There’s only washing machine but no dryer, which we ended up not able to do any cleaning
