I liked the location. It was very central and close to Gran Vía and the metro.

What I didn’t like were the beds, since the mattresses kept moving all the time. In the kitchen, when we arrived, we were told that we could find detergent for washing under the sink, but it was completely empty, and when I asked the host, he said I had to buy it myself. For the amount of money we paid, it would have cost nothing to provide detergent and keep the guests satisfied, especially considering that we were on vacation for only four nights and did not want to waste time going to the supermarket. I believe it was inconsiderate of the host not to provide something so basic. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was a serious problem: one of my daughters slept there and, in the middle of the night, the legs collapsed, and she ended up on the floor, which was not only frightening but also dangerous, as she could have been injured. Finally, there was not enough toilet paper; for four women and a four-night stay, only one small roll was left in the apartment, and once again I had to go out and buy more myself.

The host left us a bottle of wine and chocolates, and although we didn't drink the wine, it was greatly appreciated. The host worked with us for early check-in, which was a great help because we arrived early by plane and I had my daughters with me. So grateful for this! Having a washing machine was a big help too! This place is well thought out - it had everything we needed.

Buena ubicación, excelente comunicación con anfitriones, muy amables con las solicitudes que hicimos, Para que nos cuidaran las maletas fuera de horario. Como pocos departamentos, ya incluía elementos de limpieza para loza y ropa. Aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto dadas las altas temperaturas de la Ciudad.

Si bien edificio cuenta con ascensor, el departamento está en entre piso. Por lo que hay que cargar maletas por escalera y es dificultoso para gente mayor o con problemas en los brazos
