The location was perfect: literally steps away from all the major sites in central Madrid. Check-in and Check-Out were easy and flexible. The apartment was equipped as described. Having a lift, AC, and a washing machine was all very necessary for a family visiting during the summer heatwave. We appreciated that all of these functioned well.
The unit was quite small and we felt a bit crowded but for the location, value, and convenience, it was worthwhile.

Prima ligging, naast Metro Gran Via, dicht bij Puerta Del Sol. Communicatie en verstrekken van info verloopt correct. Airco werkt goed.
In appartement 4B2 is de "masterbedroom" zo klein dat de ene zijde van het dubbelbed volledig tegen de muur staat. De badkamer is versleten, losse tegels, douchedeur verdwenen... De kluis waar de sleutel in zit, hangt op een te lage duistere plaats, waardoor je bijna op de knieën en met de lamp van je smartphone in de hand, de kluis moet open prutsen. Ons appartement viel tegen, maar wellicht zijn er andere in hetzelfde gebouw die wel in orde zijn.
