Perfect location. Central yet quiet. Everything around within a walking distance. Bright and spacious.
Well, walking up to the 4th floor is a bit of a challenge. But not a big problem.

The location is truly excellent in every way. The apartment is beautifully arranged, comfortable, and perfectly positioned just steps away from all major attractions. The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants to suit every taste. We especially enjoyed our dinners at Desengaño 13 in Malasaña and along Gran Vía, and our breakfasts at La Hermosita — everything was wonderful. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located on the 4th floor.

The apartment is modern and well equipped, in a good location, with easy access to the building. The street itself is fairly quiet.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no lift. We had lots of luggage and my friend has knee/mobility issues, so the stairs were very challenging. The balcony is unlevelled so beware of it. We noticed that some residents appeared to be operating adult-oriented businesses from the premises and occasionally gathering outside the building. This made a couple of interactions feel a little unusual.
