Perfect location. Central yet quiet. Everything around within a walking distance. Bright and spacious.
Well, walking up to the 4th floor is a bit of a challenge. But not a big problem.

The location is truly excellent in every way. The apartment is beautifully arranged, comfortable, and perfectly positioned just steps away from all major attractions. The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants to suit every taste. We especially enjoyed our dinners at Desengaño 13 in Malasaña and along Gran Vía, and our breakfasts at La Hermosita — everything was wonderful. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located on the 4th floor.

La posizione a pochi metri da Gran Via
La mancanza dell’ascensore. La struttura è ad un piano alto e le scale sono pesanti da fare, soprattutto con i bagagli. All’ingresso in struttura l’anta dell’armadio era fuori dal binario e rendeva l’armadio inutilizzabile oltre che pericoloso. Ho dovuto insistere molto per farlo riparare, riparazione effettuata solo il giorno dopo. Tenda a vetro rotta e non riparata. Pulizia scarsa.
