This property is in a modern building, a residential that offers all the tranquility and the best location for your stay. Pizarro is located in the heart of the cosmopolitan neighborhood of Malasaña, in the heart of Madrid. The building is located a few steps from Gran Vía, in an area that, without losing its traditional soul, has become one of the most cosmopolitan in the city. Here old taverns coexist with eccentric restaurants, boutiques and the most alternative and unique shops in the entire city. Living in the streets of Malasaña is perfect for those who want to live in a central and lively neighborhood.
Inside this cozy apartment, you will find a semi-open concept space, separated by a shelf that offers privacy, but at the same time allows light to pass through. This concept guarantees the comfort, functionality and integration of all rooms. Every detail has been taken care of by our team.
The apartment is located on the third floor with exterior orientation and has 64 square meters.
The living room has a three-seater sofa bed, an armchair and a 32” TV. It also has two side tables.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
In the bedroom you will find a Queen size bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe with a full-length mirror. In addition, this apartment has a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team for the Lockers service
Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
Check-in after 8:00 p.m. has a cost of 30 euros.
Check-in after 11:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. has a cost of 50 euros.
If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.
Two sets of keys are provided.
Check-outs are at 11:00 am.
If the apartment is reserved for two people and they still want to use the sofa bed, an extra cost of: 20 eur per night must be paid. This additional cost includes the linen of the sofa bed and that it is prepared for your arrival.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We happened to land on a day when Madrid had a blackout, which made communication with the host difficult because of the lack of internet. Despite that, they waited for us, let us check in late, and showed us where to get food while things resumed to normal. Excellent location walking distance to the Gran Via and all major shopping, two blocks from Zara and other stores. Close to the metro, which made it easy to get around, the neighborhood can be a little loud, but what major city isn't? My only complaint is that I would give them four stars if they had an amenities section, because the hot water runs out quickly, but I would still stay here again.

The perfect place to stay. Location was wonderful with everything you could ask for within walking distance or just a short walk to the metro.Check-in was incredibly easy and made the start to the trip an absolute breeze. Thank you for all of the help and the beautiful place to stay
