Fantastic location in the heart of Madrid. Newly renovated, well equipped and clean.
Two of the three bunk beds are extremely small and not very comfortable for adults. The elevator broke one of the days and was not serviced for several hours, which made the 5th floor apartment inaccessible for our disabled family member.

The neighbors and the security of the house are an actual pain. The Landlady is understanding but as we were 11 people just sitting around every night the security came to the apartment to tell us the neighbors are complaining. We told them to come in and take a look because there was nothing going on except for dinner. Neighbors started complaining right at 22.05....
