Criem que per la quantitat d'habitacions i llits que hi ha, les instal·lacions del bany i cuina son insuficients. Seria bo fer algunes reformes.

La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro città. Vicino alle attrazioni turistiche principali, vicino alla metro, vicino a numerosi locali e supermercati. Il gestore è molto accogliente e disponibile.
La struttura viene pubblicizzata con 2 bagni ma di fatto ha solo 2 water nello stesso spazio servizi, con la separazione di una porta a soffietto. Ha una doccia aggiuntiva in uno spazio ricavato dalla cucina. Il bagno non ha finestra ma solo un'apertura alta che si affaccia sulla cucina. Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, le finestre della sala e della camera adiacente chiudono ma bisogna prestare attenzione. Le restanti camere da letto sono sono senza finestra. I divani presentano alcune macchie. Il resto della pulizia è sembrato ok.
