La position geographique par rapport aux transports et magasins alimentaires et surtout pas de fenêtres sur la rue.Très très calme.Métro (3/4/6 Argüelles 500m et 2/4 San Bernardo 300m bus 150m.
Présence de fer a repasser sans sa table ,donc inutiliseé.Un accès sans clés comme cela existe aiĺleurs serait formidable.

The bed was comfy, air con was good and it was quiet.
Some attention is required to a few items in the room, as it looks a little tired in places but overall was good.

Está ubicadisimo, muy cómodo, excelentes camas y almohadas, muy bien equipado, es pequeño pero tiene todo lo que se necesita.
El aire acondicionado no tiene mucha potencia entonces puede ser caluroso pero si se abre la ventana se refresca , y como tiene rejas es muy seguro.

Una opción, si no tienes otra cosa mejor. La localización era buena, el check in fue razonable, el estudio estaba limpio, el equipamiento era bueno.
Mi estudio era claramente mas pequeño de lo que aparecía en las fotos (a pesar de eso la persona que hacía el check in insistía que era como en las fotos, lo que no era verdad con MI estudio). Había varios apartamentos y el mio era el más pequeño, debería estar claro, incluso con un precio diferenciado, porque era un producto diferente del anunciado.
