Tiene un termo grande que permite que el agua salga siempre caliente. Tiene cocina y lavadora. Es un sitio muy tranquilo para dormir. Vivienda muy limpia. La persona de limpieza es muy amable y atenta. Para venir del aeropuerto es perfecto porque se hace sólo un trasbordo. La ruta es Aeropuerto - Nuevos ministerios - Tribunal, y caminas un poco la calle y ya estás. La calle de Gran Vía está a pocos minutos caminando.

Muy buena ubicación y silencioso
No tiene aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador. El baño necesita una reforma, aunque está todo muy limpio. La cama no es cómoda, se nota que está deformada de tantos años de uso
