Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Dachterrasse einmalig. Im Haus ist es ruhig, und der Platz immer Apartment ist ein Pluspunkt.
Die Möbel müssten dringend mal erneuert werden und ein neuer Anstrich wir an der Zeitpunkt. Der Checkin Prozess im Vorfeld und dann direkt an der Tür ist kompliziert und sollte dringend verbessert werden. Die Erreichbarkeit der Agentur ist bestenfalls befriedigend. Aber das haben wir auch schon die meisten anderen so geschrieben.

Es un estudio en un edificio muy lindo, muy funcional. Impecable. La ducha funcionaba perfecta, tiene lavarropas, una cocina muy bien equipada con una heladera grande integrada al ambiente. Una mesa grande para comer. Un placard muy grande. Todo muy funcional. El depto da a la calle pero es muy tranquila durante la noche. Volvería y lo recomiendo. La ubicación es muy cómoda.
Ideal para una pareja con dos chicos. Nosotros éramos 3 adultos y estuvimos muy cómodos

La situation, la propreté et l’accueil
Très bruyant (bar en face) et voisinage qui ne fait pas attention aux autres. Erreur du voisin à 3h du matin qui a donné à interphone de notre appart si du su à notre porte. Parlé fort, claquage de porte…

The location. 5 minutes walk to the station. The landlord was accommodating when checking in.
There is limited hot water. It is very noisy, especially at night. The oven was broken.
