La ubicación.
El horno no funcionaba llamamos al dueño y no contestó nunca; los utensilios de cocina, cubertería y cristalería tenían manchas (los tuvimos que lavar); tardaron en darnos el alojamiento y a la hora de llamar por teléfono no contestaban (llamamos 24 veces y lo contestaron 2); los edredones estaban sucios; tuvimos que barrer el suelo porque tenía pelusas (no habían barrido); el agua caliente dura poco.

Es una pena que un apartamento bonito y tan céntrico tenga un deficiente mantenimiento.

La ubicación es excelente.
El entrepiso tenía una altura de un metro veinte centímetros, con un colchón de plaza y media directamente en el suelo, solo funcional para niños menores de 10 años, no entra una persona adulta. La cama principal era un sofá cama incómodo y difícil de armar, por último la mesa era plegable y estaba rota, avise y jamás la cambiaron o repararon.
